By booking a service, signing a contract, or engaging with SacredSoulHealing+Coaching in any form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Offered
SacredSoulHealing+Coaching offers spiritual coaching, emotional healing, and personal development services designed to support mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Specific offerings and fees may vary based on the chosen service.
2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through the website or direct communication with Miranda.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Packages or contracts for extended coaching may have separate payment schedules outlined in a written agreement.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.

Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

No-shows may be charged the full session rate.
4. Coaching Contracts & Early Termination
Some programs or healing journeys may include a written coaching agreement or contract, outlining session frequency, duration, and payment terms.

Early cancellation of a contract may result in additional fees or forfeiture of any remaining sessions, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients have a 30-day satisfaction trial period for new coaching programs. If within the first 30 days you feel the program is not right for you, a full or partial refund may apply (depending on the number of sessions used and any written agreement in place).
Each contract will outline the terms that apply to the specific service package.
5. Refund Policy

One-time sessions are non-refundable once completed.

Package refunds (if applicable) are only considered during the 30-day trial period.

6. Client Responsibility
Healing and coaching require commitment and participation. Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort, openness, and consistency. SacredSoulHealing+Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
7. Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential, in accordance with ethical coaching practices. Exceptions may apply if required by law or in cases of risk or harm.
8. Modifications
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or website updates.
